My pindoll's group swap this month was Wizard of Oz theme. I made a munchkin from the Lollipop guild. Pic is a little bleary but I have already mailed it off. It is about 4" tall.

another swap received

I got my Spring/Easter swap from Dianne in Austrailia the other day. She made me the most wonderful bag out of Halloween fabric. I love cats and it has cats on it and pumpkins. It is so cute. Here is a pic. I also got some chocolates, lace, and pins! What a great swap!

Commissioned doll finished

I finally finished the doll. Here she is. She has her little apron with her fabric in pockets. She also has a quilted project bag. The little charom on front of her apron says "I love quilting". I hope to take her to the lady who ordered her this week!

Forgot to show you what I got!

Here is a bag I got from my friendship swap partner Kate. Isn't it a great bag. It has drawstring closure and a carrying strap. I already have a future project in it! I also got some 5 " squares from a charm swap. Haven't taken a pic of them yet. With it came the 6 1/2" country charm swap. I got squares of fabric that represented where the ladies lived that swaped with me. I love swaps.

Doll Commission

I have started on a commission to make a quilter doll. I am using Averill, a pattern by Deanna Hogan. I have finished the body. Lots of nice, lovely joints! She will get her face and hair Saturday if the grandkids allow! They are staying overnight. She will be dress in fun fabric with an apron with lots of pockets that I am putting fabric rolls in. I will try to find other quilty stuff too. I have a charm that says 'I Love Quilting'. The doll is for an owner of a quilt shop.

Friendship swap

In one of my Yahoo groups I was in a friendship swap. This is what I made for Anita. It is a prim doll pattern by Sweet Meadows Farm. I made the bunny since it is close to Easter.
She has her little tag that tells whose pattern it is and that I made her. It was a fun project.
